Canaan Real Estate was established in 2006, with a specialisation in commercial property management. Our Director, Derek Chan, has 30+ years experience in the real estate industry and trust account management. Since the establishment of our firm, we have constantly received appraisal from our long term clients; Derek works closely with each and every single one of his clients, with a passion for generating the best outcomes and returns for them.

Our director regularly attends training sessions to keep up to date with the relevant law applicable to you and your property.

We prioritise our landlords by placing an emphasis on educating their tenants to pay on time. Informing and educating tenants about their rights and responsibilities is essential for encouraging them to respect and abide by the rules, and to avoid late rental payments. Many landlords and property managers disregard this aspect when dealing with tenants, which can lead to conflict and confusion of where responsibilities lie. We aim to achieve a positive and amiable relationship between ourselves, our landlords and the tenants in order to achieve profitable tenancies.
