As a tenant, it is your duty to maintain the property. More importantly, it is your responsibility to pay rent and outgoings in a timely manner. We strongly advise for you to arrange your payment at least 3 days before the due date. Late payments to the landlord and/or service providers will result in possible monetary and council rate penalties.
It is essential that you do not breach the lease agreement, as this may affect your right to continue with the lease.
